The Hutton Honors Council Association's annual etiquette dinner event includes a gourmet six-course meal, a speaker who instructs on proper etiquette, and a keynote speaker who speaks to a different topic each year. Joseph Boes, the etiquette speaker, will present proper etiquette instruction throughout the night, including what you should do for a networking style function, as well as how to eat each course within the meal. By having food and other guests to network with, students are able to practice these skills with real food and utensils in a formal setting. In addition to helping Hutton Honors students learn proper etiquette skills, the dinner includes a keynote speaker, Dr. Fritz Lieber. Dr Lieber, an adjunct professor in the Hutton Honors College and the Department of Counseling and Educational Psychology in the School of Education, will be speaking on "The Art and Science of Free Association."
